Android SDK Eclipse and Emulator Settings


Just a Quick review about what we have seen previously

This message will confirm you a proper working of your installed android SDK

Good now you are done with Major Android SDK Package

Now get a close look at eclipse you have installed (also including the packages )

Locate your Android SDK For Eclipse (Its same as adding a classpath in your sysvar as we do for java )

Create New AVD ( Android Virtual Device )

we can create AVD in 2 ways

1 using Android SDK Setup ( I Preferred )

2 using Eclipse Preferences  

Using Android SDK Setup

1. To install using Android SDK Setup

2. Go to   C:\android-sdk_r06-windows\android-sdk-windows\

3. Run     SDK Setup.exe

4. click    New.. (FYI  DECK is previously created ignore it, its just for your information)

Try out and set configuration you needed

Start qemu [AVD]

Option 2 using Eclipse Preferences

Configure Device As we have done above

Run Your Device emulator

Great We are about to begin start trying new projects

Create new project in Eclipse

Select built Target , App name , Package name , (Create test Project if needed )
